Wilmington Star, 16 Jun 1874 June 16, 1874 The roof of a dwelling house on Fourth, between Hanover and Brunswick streets, occupied by Mr. Morton, of the firm of Wilder & Morton, caught fire yesterday afternoon, about 2 o'clock, but the flames were extinguished with but trifling damage. The fire originated from a spark from the chimney. The alarm did not spread beyond the immediate neighborhood.
